Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are printed and fulfilled by Printful, which has multiple fulfillment centers across the world. This helps reduce shipping times and environmental impact by producing closer to where our customers are located.
What materials are your clothes made from?
We carefully select high-quality materials like cotton, polyester blends, and other fabrics designed for comfort, durability, and style. Since we partner with Printful for fulfillment, exact materials may vary by product — specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
Can I request a custom order or personalization?
Currently, we do not offer custom or personalized designs, but it’s something we may consider in the future as we grow. Just contact us by email and we can discuss this further.
Are your products unisex?
Yes! Many of our designs are intentionally created to be unisex to help spread our message of mental health awareness to everyone.
Orders
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use trusted, encrypted payment processors to ensure your information is completely safe.
Do you offer gift cards or promo codes?
We occasionally offer promo codes and plan to offer gift cards in the future — stay connected through our newsletter and social media for updates.
Shipping
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your location. Shipping times are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Since each item is made-to-order, please allow 2-7 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we only accept orders in the United States.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Since each item is made-to-order, we can only accept returns for defective or misprinted items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos and details.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

What inspired you to start this brand?
Our brand was born out of a desire to break the stigma around mental health and encourage open conversations about well-being. We believe in using fashion as a positive tool to remind people that it’s okay to not be okay, and they’re never alone.
